just made a wonderful dinner and dessert. So late though but so worth it.
Braised Lamb Shank and Blueberry Crisp with Almond Whip Cream.
Lamb shank is actually really good. Considering that i don't usually eat lamb. It was tender, it was moist and it was plain good. Braised for about 3 hours and just perfect coming out. Everyone loved it and finished all of it! SO GOOD and definitely going to do again.
Also made Blueberry crisp. Thanks Martha Stewart. She never lets me down.
Even though I have been in a kitchen for 8+ hours, today in my kitchen, cooking with jeff...I felt so good cooking for people i care for. Thats one of the reasons why i love to cook.
